EMULEX® 100G or EMULEX® Pipe Charge is specifically developed for smooth contoured blasting and pre-splitting applications. Due to its unique packaging, it is ideal for rapid charging and even charge distribution. The charges can help to reduce vibration and can also be used for blasting primary blocks in the quarry.

EMULEX® 100G is especially suitable for special application techniques such as pre-splitting in rock slopes for roads and quarry benches. It is also particularly useful for tunnel and underground work as it is designed to give smooth contoured blasted surface. These pipe charges are fitted with connecting sleeves which have spacer wings to center the pipes firmly in the drill holes.
