manufacturing plant. With a capacity to manufacture about 2500MT of cartridge emulsion
explosives annually, Tenaga Kimia can be considered as the largest explosive manufacturer
in the South East Asia region. Products are exported to a few Asian countries such as
Philippine, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore for their quarries, constructions and
mining applications.
Tenaga Kimia Berhad is also involved in supplying the on-shore seismic explosives
to a few countries internationally. With a vast experiences in the explosives industry and |

Tenaga Kimia is able to undertake any explosives contract upon confirmation from the customer.

Our modern continuous plant comprises not only the function of oxidizer/fuel preparations,
mixing, cartridging and final product packaging but also integrates the control of various
parameters which are monitored from a control room where important operation parameters are
displayed on a panel. Besides, high level of safety features is incorporated into the
production with automatic overloading interlocking system. |
